Soul Coaching is a vehicle to clear away mental and emotional clutter so that you can hear your messages from within.  It is a wonderful way to help you discover your purpose and to help you design a life that supports that purpose. 

In this age of stress and unrest, we find ourselves confused and unsure of our future.  It is with  this in mind, that I find myself sharing my knowledge and heart with you so that you can discover your Soul's truth.  My artistic skills have given me a vehicle to support others in their journey of discovery and expansion.

Finding and expressing oneself through all forms of art is a soul Journey and a delicious vehicle for personal self discovery.   Art surprises me every time I sit at the easel.  It has helped me understand that "The Soul Loves the Truth".      

In my Soul Coaching Art classes I incorporate art exercises that are designed for both artist and non artist and are  vehicles for self discovery.  Among them are Soul collages, found object self portraits, blessing boxes, altar angels and more.
